Please note that the adjacent duplex has a door leading to the back patio, which the owner may occasionally use to access the backyard. This property is one unit of a side-by-side duplex. Each unit has its own dedicated private entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

There is 1 parking spot available in the garage. To open and close the door, you need to use the button inside the garage. The exterior keypad is not in use.

HOT TUB: This unit's hot tub takes longer to heat, so please be patient. Never shut off the hot tub; it should always remain on. Please keep the hot tub filled with water to prevent pump issues. Recommended temperatures: Summer 100-102°F, Winter 102-104°F. The control buttons may be sticky/hard, please refrain from making setting changes unless necessary.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.

Security cameras have been installed outside the property. There are no cameras inside the property.
