Guests have access to two garage parking spaces, and two additional cars can be parked in the driveway. Please note that turning around in the driveway with multiple cars can be tricky, so plan accordingly. Parking on the green turf circle is not permitted, and street parking is not guaranteed. We recommend bringing a maximum of 3-4 cars. Our neighborhood is very walkable, so consider skipping the car rental and opting for a scooter rental instead!

For safety, outdoor security cameras monitor all entrances and outdoor areas—no cameras inside.

Smoking inside is strictly prohibited and will incur a minimum fine of $500.

Welcome to our family home! We're delighted to share our space with guests while we're away. We live in a family-friendly and tranquil neighborhood. Please treat our house with respect; it’s our home, not a hotel.

You will have private access to the entire main house & backyard area. A studio apartment above the garage has a separate entrance for month-long renters. They access the unit via walking down the driveway. Please know that during your stay, our team may enter the garage with a code to access cleaning supplies for the apartment.

Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. We hope you enjoy your stay!
