The unit is well maintained and clean. And also well suited for large groups

It was very comfortable and in a great location. we did have a little noise on the first night from the guests upset. Also the internet went out the next night. We didn't have accident to the internet for the last fews we were there. other than that is was very nice.

We had a nice stay! We had a water issue and it was taken care of as soon as possible! The place was clean and comfortable!

I traveled to the Denver area with a group of nursing students for our clinicals. We were so lucky to find this place on very short notice. It was exactly as described, had a smooth check-in process, clear communication, and comfortable accommodations/amenities all four of us.

Very nice and clean place

We had a great time at this location. It snowed when we were there so the location was beautiful. My only complaint was the upstairs neighbor was very loud otherwise I had an amazing stay here.

Our group enjoyed staying here! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Although we had noisy neighbors above, it only affected us one night out of our whole stay. Additionally, we brought our small dog, and they were very responsive in accommodating us. The beds are very comfortable and made it feel like home. Would definitely stay here again when we're back in Denver!

My family enjoyed the space and the amenities. They were very excited to have coffee readily available. We did have to clean a bit in the kitchen but the hosts were very responsive when we reported the issue. It was a lovely place to stay a little tucked away but very peaceful. Shopping and food were very close.

Great Trip!

Love the peacefulness and how clean and good the bedrooms were, airsimplicity place was amazing and we loved our stay.
Our only downside is that there were also other residence living on the property so it was a bit uncomfortable seeing them work in the back with their loud machines and cars. the people above us also were abit loud coming back late at quite hours, not upset but wish they could’ve been more mindful of the people downstairs too. overall loved the place but the surroundings not so much it. It was a good stay for the j squad and we appreciated the host for hosting us 🙂 ✨.

I’m a repeat visitor. Anytime I’m in the Denver metro I always look to see if this property is available because it has all the amenities and never disappoints !

The host was prompt and good at explaining the check-in and check out process. I will say we weren't aware that there were guests staying upstairs or the RV parked in back until we received the check-in information. There was a weird smell in the unit, but the host was responsive and prompt on handling the situation

Cons: the people upstairs were extremely noisy. You can hear every footstep they take and kept me up all night.
Another con was the dishes and silverware were very dirty and none of it was clean.
Other than that the place was tidy and clean. Price was great for the place. The house was nice and all beds were good and big.

The house was very nice and it accommodated me and my family of 7 very comfortable. We enjoyed are stay. Wish there were tv in the bed rooms other then that fine. Close to shopping center and grocery store, and down town I'd definitely recommend the house, few glitches like the coffee maker could be up dated and maybe add a few more coffee mugs.

Very nice and clean. I was so grateful they responded very quickly at the last minute since our flight was canceled at 10:30pm. The coffee pot did not work which was inconvenient since we are coffee drinkers. Other than that is was a very comfortable place to stay while waiting to depart Denver.

The space was just as described. It was clean and organized. It was a great place to return to after a day out exploring Colorado. It was a wonderful stay. We will definitely return. The host also responded to all my questions quickly. Truly an incredible visit.

The place was a great size and good location. The place looked like it was quickly cleaned. There were crumbs/Cheetos left from the previous tenants. There is a “quiet time” which seems difficult to enforce if there are people staying above you partying all hours. and the air vents were COVERED in a thick dust. Other than that the place was as listed and very responsive owners… also seems strange to have very large bathrooms but very tiny showers.

The space was nicely decorated and clean but the upstairs unit (you're in the basement essentially) was extremely noisy at all hours of the night (e.g. 12am-4am). If you're a sound sleeper this shouldn't be a problem but if not it could cause issues. The kitchen was definitely lacking some cooking supplies which could be remedied if they added a few more pans, baking sheets, pots and utensils. Overall, it was a nice space close to downtown Denver.

P.S. Someone mentioned the broken couch - there is one spot that is sagging quite a bit. I wonder if the owner can fix it by adding support under that cushion.

This house is amazing Heard the top neighbors a few times but it was not a bother !!! Anyway this Airbnb is fully equipped Ac feels amazing The house feels very homey it’s nothing like a downstairs basement it really is a home … and as far as host host was amazing responded always quickly had no issues at all I normally come to Denver and this is one for the books I will book here again !! Nice place to stay

We stayed in the basement unit the week before the Fourth of July — in town for the sparkler softball tournament. Five of us stayed —-here are the pros and cons. I travel a lot and often use air bnb or vrbo.. as well as hotels

Pros: overall the place is updated and clean. Very quick to respond to any needs or issues, we had a slow flushing toilet and they sent a plumber within two hours to fix. Had our own entrance. The place has nice extras such as garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, lotion, spices, flour and sugar and other kitchen items stocked. Had some board games and cards available to use. Had access to broom, vacuum, a laundry basket, an extra fan, I think there was some strollers available as well. There is a grocery store, restaurants and shopping within a half a mile. Plenty of parking in their driveway even with the other rental unit above. Netflix and Hulu are available which is a nice touch. Since in the basement unit my phone internet was very sketchy but their Wi-Fi worked very well and I was able to use my laptop for work on their Wi-Fi and had good speed.
The beds were comfortable and the linens fresh and clean and the towels.

Cons: Since this is the basement unit you are at the mercy of the people who are renting above you. The week we were there there was a family with children staying who ran, yelled and jumped all day and past two in the morning waking us up nightly. This is not something I usually complain about as I am a mother and have raised children and understand this can happen .. even in hotels… but it was pretty excessive.
There is a washer and dryer there which is nice -was much used by us but the units are older and are very loud— but did the job.
The water must be very hard at this house as there was white calcium deposits all over silverware and dishes making them appear dirty. Definitely does not have enough silverware or utensils plates or bowls if you actually had more than three people staying. You need to have paper plates and bring your own plastic silverware. Seems to have a decent amount of pans and cooking bowls, toaster, and coffee maker.
The back king bedroom had a chunk of carpet missing? So they placed a large rug on the floor to cover it which made it very uneven and possibly a tripping hazard. The rug in that bedroom as well as the rug in the living room could use a good shampoo.
The bathrooms are updated but the showers are small. The water pressure is not the best or maybe needs new shower heads?
The couch is large but has been used a lot as a couple cushions are really sunken. We did not use the fold out couch so unsure of the comfort of that bed, but would be very very crowded in this unit to have that bed pulled out.

There are two small campers parked in the back that I assume people are staying in as well as some sort of car shop. I did see a guy working on an exterior of a car one day but overall had no problem with that as they were not loud were not in the way and I had no use for any exterior or yard options while staying here. If you are expecting a backyard or a grass area this is not the place for you to stay.

Overall our stay was ok— wish the upstairs renters would have been more

We overpaid for this unit but understand the price was likely jacked up due to the demand of the week we were there with the Sparkler in town. Was still a better option for us than a hotel.

Very clean and spacious with excellent parking and privacy. I stayed here after a night out, can hear the house tenants Above.

We liked the space, nicely decorated and clean, but were very disappointed that the couch was broken and collapsing. The kitchen advertised 'everything', but had few wine glasses, no wine opener, and scant pans for cooking. May not seem important, but was when we did not have them. The lights in the rooms, particularly in the bathrooms, were very dim, and we had to put makeup on in the kitchen. The offered liquids in the shower were not labelled.
Beyond that, the beds were comfortable and the sleeping accommodations great. Our upstairs neighbor only gave us one noisy night. Not bad, considering.

Very good and comfortable place. Stores are a small drive away like grocery stores and food places. The rooms were spacious and the beds were COMFY. Only thing i would nitpick about is the bathroom shower. Very little space inside and the shower pressure was pretty bad.

All in all this place had everything we needed, from plates, pots, and cleaning supplies. Will be back in town soon!

Loved this place. However the walls are paper thin and we could hear everything going on for the people who stayed in the top unit.

Great for groups! I was able to book this lovely property quickly with great communication from AirSimplicity.
There were a few cleaning issues but nothing that could not be fixed by our group. There are a lot of shopping plazas & gas stations in the area and it’s about 24 min to downtown denver. I would definitely stay again, and recommend this booking to other large groups!

Very cute , clean with lots of space. It’s about 35 min drive to downtown . It was perfect for our needs.

This is a basement unit, so expect to hear a lot of walking and noise if someone is in the unit above. Also this is located in what feels like a salvage unit area, so that was a big surprise when we got there. Once inside, the place is very nice with comfortable beds and living/bathroom spaces.

This Airbnb was so beautiful. Definitely felt like a regular home and not a basement. Had mostly everything we needed. Only real complaint I have is how noisy our upstairs neighbors were. You can hear the upstairs very loud and clear at all times of the day in every room.

This place is great if you’re in need of privacy and room for a group. It says it’s a basement, but it surely doesn’t seem like it. The property was spacious, clean, and had ample supplies. The location was about 10-20 min away from anything my group wanted to do. The host was great with communication. I would recommend staying here. I would stay here again.

The place was perfect for us, but some aspects may need to be a concern for other guests. See below. All things considered, the place was spotless clean and the rooms/beds were very comfortable.

1. As a basement unit, sounds from upstairs is VERY audible. Since the upstairs is also a rental unit, this means you can have kids running around at early hours of morning.
2. The couch can be uncomfortable to sit on for extended periods. The cushions slide out of place on their own and the leather upholstery is slippery. We found ourselves having to get up and re-adjust it frequently.
3. The dining table can seat 4 in a tight squeeze, but any more and you need to move the table away from the wall. This allows 6 seated but blocks the walkway from one side of the unit to the other.
4. The bathrooms are modern and spacious. However, the space in the bathrooms are laid out oddly, with large swaths of it just empty space, yet there is very little storage or surface to place objects, change of clothes, towels, or toiletries on.

Accommodations were nice. Nicely decorated, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms were comfortable. This is a basement rental, but lighting is good. But just a heads up there are other renters upstairs and you can hear them at times.

This is the downstairs converted basement of a home, but it is extremely nice, and very clean. Well stocked with everything you might need to cook to include tons of spices and oils. Would stay here again.

We were looking for a place with 4 bedrooms. This basement apartment has 4 nice sized bedrooms. All the bedrooms have comfortable beds. The 2 bathrooms make getting ready easy. The showers are on the smaller size. The basement stays cool (66 degrees), but also has heat if needed. The kitchen has quite a few pantry staples, salt and pepper, sugar, oil, spices, coffee, tea, etc. There are also some games and an umbrella stroller.

This location was great for a big group. We had 17 in total for both locations on the property, and all slept really well.

This is a basement apartment in a larger house on a property that has people working and roaming around on it all day. There is limited privacy, no outdoor space or yard (gravel/dirt driveway and cement steps only). The apartment itself barely has windows and is underground so it is very dark & could use more lamps so you don’t have to have overhead lights in your face all the time. The pro to this is it remains nice and cool in the summer months. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were decent size. The showers are tiny at 3’x3’ and you can barely move in them - definitely can’t shave your legs in them. One bathroom had no storage or vanity space at all. One bedroom also had no place to put clothes other than a closet with one hanger in it. Overall we had to live out of our suitcases instead of being able to unpack which for a week trip wasn’t ideal. The apartment is directly below an upper unit in which you can hear every last footstep. Between the upstairs renters and all the people all over the property there was no quiet most of the time - if you’re a light sleeper this is not the spot for you. Plenty of parking and had all the towels, bedding, and dishes we needed. If you’re seeking to head to Denver - the traffic from here was pretty bad every day so it took us about 40 mins to go 10 miles most of the time. The management company responded quickly to our concerns and it was overall fairly clean and had okay space but wasn’t what we had expected when we read the description and saw the photos - which to us seemed misleading for what the unit actually was.

Pros:
- the place is beautifully decorated
- can’t beat the price
- owner did a good job of turning the space into 4 bed rooms and 2 bath. Everything fits nicely unlike some other Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in
- close to a couple good restaurants
-secluded

Cons
- poor communication. We arrived to the property 2 hours early due to our arrival time to Denver. Contacted the host and was told that we could not check in early because the cleaner was inside. We chilled in the car outside the property until 4pm (check in time). A cleaner never came out. We waited a few minutes and still no one. We entered the property to find no one there so im not sure why we couldn’t check in early. We didn’t want to be exploring the city with a car full of luggage so a nice part of our first day in Denver was wasted
- the bed linens were clean but you could tell that the comforters not cleaned and were slept in
- As it states in the listing, this is the downstairs apartment of a duplex. I’ve lived in a couple different apartments over my years and I have never in my life heard so much noise above my head. The tenants above make noise from about (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) pm every single day of our stay
-there’s an odd auto shop in the back on the property that requires travel through the property lot

Overall, the place was pretty nice but I wouldn’t think about staying here again. I understand the importance of rating systems so I give 5 stars but this was not a 5 star experience at all.

Happy with the stay and the place is quiet and has everything. We did not use anything but it has full kitchen with all utensils. Washer/dryer is also there. I do recommend this place highly.

We stayed here for a ski trip and drove to echo mountain each day. It is not too far from the slopes and is in a good spot of Denver. The rooms were all very clean and had every kitchen appliance and amenity we needed.

Very great space.We ran into a plumbing challenging but they addressed it promptly.

The outside of the home doesn't reflect the inside at all. Additionally, we had a small issue but our host handled it with so much timely care that in our eyes the issue was voided at that point. The cleanliness was top notch, the decorations were Amazing & the Ambience was overall calm & inviting. Moreover, the decorator deserves a bonus! Thanks a million for a wonderful stay!

We had a great weekend at John’s place. There was no central air so it was a little warm in two of the bedrooms at night. Luckily the other two had window units. There was ample parking and the home was centrally located. There was ample space and we had plenty of room to spread out. We will return in the future.

The location is excellent as well as the place. It is a basement unit and noise from upstairs is louder than expected.

We are so happy to have booked this for our last minute trip, with COVID we appreciated how clean and tidy it was! We were also amazed by the amenities they had here! Definitely a great place to crash since it’s only a few minutes away from all the places we visited and the host have multiple suggested location to visit as well! The upstairs is another AirBnb so you could occasionally hear them from certain rooms but didn’t bother us much! Just a thought if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, very tidy space with ton of parking and private space, would definitely book again here!!

The condo is clean, newly renovated, had great amenities and was close to most everything in Denver. When we come back to the area we will stay here again.
