Weekend away with girlfriends and we had a lovely comfortable stay. Impeccably clean, comfortable beds, and we loved hanging out on the covered porch. Very convenient location between Denver and Golden. Attended a Red Rocks concert, and this was a very short drive from there. Communication was great and with prompt responses to questions. Everyone enjoyed their stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you very much!

Beautiful, relaxing home
A group of us came to Denver for a concert at Red Rocks. This house was perfectly located between Denver and Red Rocks, travelling was incredibly easy. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable, and it was perfect for socializing over meals or relaxing in the evenings. We even got to enjoy a surprise May celebration at the historical park next door!
The only downside was that the light rail station is not walkable to/from the house. You do have to cross a highway and there's a stretch of busy road without sidewalks. It's also hard to walk to a local store, restaurant, or pub. But this isn't a problem if you have a vehicle because parking is plentiful and we were only a short drive from anywhere we needed to go.

Good location for going into both Denver and Golden! The house was clean and kitchen was well equipped. The upstairs TV has issues with the volume cutting in and out, but besides that there were no issues with the house. Would recommend!

My family and I had a very comfortable stay. The location was great and we were very close to various attractions including the mountains for tubing and skiing. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting the Denver, CO area!

The home was beautiful and it had a home away from home feeling. The location was very Peaceful and quiet. The location had easy access to the the highway as well as easy access to stores close by. My family and I would most definitely stay at this home again.

We arrived witl 6 adults and an 18 month old child. The house was big enough for us all except the kitchen. We ate alot of meals but there was a problem. Not enough dinnerware, flatware . Not 1 serving platter and every pot as burned. Promoting this kitchen as chic was a little exacursted. .A/C was hard to control. It was either too cold or too hot.

Many positives for the home and host. The home was spacious, bright and clean. The kitchen and baths have been remodeled. Beds were comfortable and furniture in the common areas was well suited to larger groups. The home was well stocked with paper products, spices and soap. Access to I-70 is nearby. The internet speed was fast. The host's communication was excellent and check-in was easy. While the historic center next door was nice, the upkeep of neighboring properties was inconsistent. That being said, we never felt unsafe and had no security issues.

This house was a great fit for our extended family visit! We had a slight issue we needed addressed and the hosts went above and beyond to get things fixed quickly.

Great stay close to everything we were doing in Denver. My only disappointment was that it's a split level and not handicapped accessible. We rented a large space with plans to have our 80+ yr old relatives come over to visit, because their apartments are much too small to hold the 7 of us... but when we got there and saw the stairs, we knew that would be impossible. That's on me for not asking ahead of time when I booked it though.
Otherwise, it was a great stay - very roomy, 5 big beds, cool game room, and awesome location with easy access to I70. Host was an excellent communicator. Thanks!

I can honestly say this was our first experience with an AirBNB and we were very satisfied. Actually, although the pictures were great, the house was above and beyond our expectations. Plenty of room, a place to play games, visit comfortably with family, and central to a lot of activities in Colorado.
We would definitely consider going back again in the future. The communication with the Host was quick, responsive, and accomodating. Any issues were quickly addressed within a very short time horizon.

Clean and very spacious. There were 10 of us staying there and had plenty of room. The upstairs can get a little hot but the downstairs was very cool. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook quite a bit. It’s also about a 5 minute drive from Starbucks and other fast food restaurants as well as a Super Target. This was the perfect spot for us to be almost anywhere in Denver within 15 mins. The house is very cool with a game room and huge bedrooms. It is split level which helps with noise between bedrooms. The property manager/owners were wonderful and easy to work with. FYI, the beds are very firm. You will love staying here!

Our group was happy with the fact that most destinations were within a 15-20min drive (our top visits were to Golden, downtown, and fun neighborhoods like LoHi and RiNo). The house is not too far from a nearby lake and walking trail, and we enjoyed this on our daily walks.
AirSimplicity was also quick to respond to any messages/calls should any questions or problems arise. Would recommend this spot for a mid/large-size group. Thanks for the stay!

This place is CLEAN ! and well appointed. The house is very quiet and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and more , and the showers even had stocked product dispensers. Seriously, little touches of hominess and care everywhere we looked.

This Airbnb is listed for 12 but I ended up with a group of 5 so we obviously had room to spare! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, we didn't miss anything in the bedrooms, same for the bathrooms. There is a game area downstairs with a few options.
The house itself is located 15mns from downtown, not far from the mountains and just a 5 minute drive to the nearest groceries, Walmart etc, so that's another plus. All in all this was an overall comfortable stay with all we expected! We'd definitely come back for a group trip to Denver

If you are looking for a Great Place to Stay while you are in Denver - look no further because this home has every amenity you are looking for in a Home away from Home. The property was clean and it’s in a very quiet/safe neighborhood. On my next trip to Denver I will put this home on the top of my list to stay again. Trust me you will not be disappointed. There was a couple who came with my wife and I who never stayed in an Airbnb. They were extremely happy that I selected this property and they said they may never stay in a Hotel again if they can find a Gem like this one.

John's place was amazing. The check in and check out process was very easy and smooth. The home was well equipped with the necessities. There were 5 of us total staying at the home and it was spacious enough for us to spread out and be comfortable. The beds were a great size, comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were clean and equipped as well. Overall, this was a wonderful stay for myself and my friends. We were able to navigate to local places with ease. I highly recommend John's place.

The host responded so quickly and continued to follow up on the matter until he knew it was resolved. He worked around our busy schedule so we could enjoy our time in beautiful Colorado. I highly recommend this AirBNB.

Loved this place and will for sure come back again or recommend. It’s warm and cozy. Love the thoughtfulness on essential amenities and games to play. My kids and the grown ups in the group enjoyed the games. They were accommodating and let us check in early; and were they responded immediately to any inquiries.
