Update:
Our cleaning team is taking extra precautions to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests. All of our laundry is outsourced to a professional laundromat and all blankets/duvet covers will be washed before you arrive. All surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected. Colorado does not currently have any travel advisories in place.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best thing to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife and much more!

My home is located in the nice, quiet, up and coming neighborhood called West Barnum. The neighborhood is quiet, eclectic, close to everything without being in the traffic or congestion of it all. The homes are a mix of long term established residents and new families getting started in their first house. One of the greatest aspects of the location is the proximity to everything: 8 minute drive to downtown, 15 minutes to the mountain foothills in Golden and about 10-15 minutes to the popular areas such as Capitol Hill, Wash Park, the Highlands, RiNo and Five Points. The city center of Lakewood (Belmar) is about an 8 minute drive. I am also a 2 minute drive from the 6 highway, the major East-West highway (that goes to the mountains) and 5 minutes from I-25, the highway that runs North-South through the entire state. So basically, anywhere you want to go is very accessible! If you like ethnic food, you are staying in the right neighborhood. There are many Mexican, Vietnamese and Thai restaurants all around. I’m still trying them out! If you need directions to anything, I know the area well, so please ask!

You will have access to the entire home. The 5 bedrooms are yours! Entry is secure and easy with a keypad. You’ll have access to the backyard/patio, hot tub, and parking in the driveway as well as other amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped laundry area.

This home has five private bedrooms and can accommodate up to 11 guests comfortably. There are a total of 2 King beds, 3 Queen beds, 2 pull out couches and a crib. Here’s a breakdown of the rooms:

Bedroom 1 – The stylish upstairs Master bedroom with a comfortable King size bed and ample closet space is located upstairs. This has an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 – The downstairs Master bedroom also offers a King size bed, extra space, and huge mirrors. This has an en-suite bathroom as well.
Bedroom 3 – This bright and cozy upstairs bedroom offers a Queen size bed that offers a great night’s rest.
Bedroom 4 – Another bedroom upstairs that has great natural light and a Queen bed.
Bedroom 5 – This lovely downstairs bedroom also features a Queen size bed and bright decor.

You’ll find three and a half clean and modern bathrooms in this home. Each shower/tub combo offers beautiful fixtures and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your entire group.
