Update:
Our cleaning team is taking extra precautions to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests. All of our laundry is outsourced to a professional laundromat and all blankets/duvet covers will be washed before you arrive. All surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected. Colorado does not currently have any travel advisories in place.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best thing to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife and much more!

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a fine.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask us.

We have a noise monitoring system installed inside the home. Please note these devices do not record audio of any kind but do notify us when high noise levels are reached.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

I am here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

This beautiful Denver home has four stunning bedrooms each with black-out curtains that transform the rooms to mini retreats. The master bedroom is located upstairs for privacy, and boasts a relaxing King size bed. This large bedroom also features a quiet ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.

A second upstairs bedroom has a Queen size bed, high-end linens, plush carpeting, Denver-inspired artwork, and decorative light fixtures to make this a comfortable space to catch some Zs.

The third upstairs bedroom is bright and cheery and has large windows that allow for plenty of natural light. You’ll love the recently upgraded Queen size bed, soft linens, modern bedside tables and decor. It also offers easy access to the upstairs bathroom.

The fourth bedroom is located in the basement. It has 2 King size beds, a crib, and a private bathroom. The quiet and tucked away space is perfect for a couple with young kids or an infant.

A house that sleeps 11 should have plenty of bathrooms so that everyone can take care of business in peace, and this home does not disappoint. There are 3.5 bathrooms throughout the house.

The master bathroom has two sinks, a walk-in shower with glass doors and rain shower features, and an expansive vanity area. The family bathroom between the upstairs bedrooms has a tub/shower combo with sliding glass doors and an elegant vanity space with designer finishes. The bathroom in the basement also has a tub/shower combo.

If you enjoy entertaining, you’ll love the ultra-modern, gourmet kitchen, complete with flat top stove, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and all of the utensils and bakeware you need to cook meals at home.

The kitchen transitions seamlessly into the living area, a bright and welcoming common space where everyone can find a favorite spot. Highlights of the spacious lounge include a 65″ TV, upscale leather furniture, hardwood floors, decorative lighting, and an electric fireplace. The home is located on a quiet cul de sac in a friendly suburban neighborhood. There is a large driveway and plenty of space to park. There’s also a small patio outside the garage, and a narrow patch of grass that leads to the rear of the house. A fence separates this home from the neighbors.
