This private bedroom and bathroom in a shared two bedroom condo is located in Capitol Hill, in the heart of all Downtown Denver has to offer. With a fully stocked kitchen, private balcony, and electric fireplace, you’ll love the thoughtful touches and amenities this space offers. You’ll be in a great location where you can walk (or bike!) to restaurants, nightlife, and other local attractions.

Our cleaning team is taking extra precautions to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests. All of our laundry is outsourced to a professional laundromat and all blankets/duvet covers will be washed before you arrive. All surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected. Colorado does not currently have any travel advisories in place.

It is important to know that the owner of the property, David, lives on site in the master bedroom. You will most likely interact with him during your stay. You will have a private bedroom and bathroom.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a fine.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay.
