Our cleaning team is taking extra precautions to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests. All of our laundry is outsourced to a professional laundromat and all blankets/duvet covers will be washed before you arrive. All surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected. Colorado does not currently have any travel advisories in place.
It is important to know that the owner of the property, David, lives on site. When he is out of town, he rents out his entire place. He keeps his personal belongings locked in a storage closet. You may also see some items in the closet. You will have ample space for your own things!
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a fine. Smoking marijuana is okay on the balcony.
Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best thing to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife and much more!

In the Golden Triangle Creative District, don’t miss Denver Art Museum, Kirkland Museum of Fine & Decorative Art and the Clyfford Still Museum. With more than 50 galleries, fine-art studios, museums, specialty stores, restaurants, nightclubs, coffeehouses and bistros, the neighborhood is a great place to explore on foot.
