This gorgeous Colorado Springs home is newly renovated and exquisitely designed with your stay in mind. You’ll find thoughtful touches and comforts from home throughout the space. Enjoy modern lounge areas, stainless steel appliances, and luxurious bedrooms. After a day out, relax and unwind at your home away from home.

Parking Information:
There is ample street parking for you and your group. There is an alley way in the back of the home but this is not for parking. 🙂

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best thing to do around Colorado Springs, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife and much more!

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a fine.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property whatsoever. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask us.

Finally, Colorado Springs has a local quiet time ordinace after 10PM so please be sure to abide by that as well.

The space is located in a quiet, secluded neighborhood east of Downtown Colorado Springs (8 min drive).

There are plenty of shopping centers around the area like the Citadel Mall. Check out a tour at the Olympic Training Center.

The Property is located near Prospect Lake which has a large park, skate park and an opportunity for fishing!

You’ll also be near Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, and Manitou Springs.

As our guests, you will enjoy access to the entire house during your Colorado Springs vacation. Feel free to make use of our washer and dryer. Enjoy creating home cooked meals, lounge in comfort in our family spaces, and enjoy the pergola in the backyard.

Our UPDATED Sanitation cleaning procedures include:

1. Washing hands and wearing disposable sanitary gloves or rubber cleaning gloves
2. Cleaning only with disposable wipes. Using cotton or microfiber otherwise.
3. Using a color safe sanitizing spray to sanitize soft surfaces such as furniture, edges of curtains and decorative pillows.
4. Disinfecting all light switches, windows.
5. Disinfecting thermostat, railings, garbages, and all surfaces
6. Washing all dishes/utensils.
7. Disinfecting all appliances
8. Disinfecting remotes, blow dryers, cords, and any other surfaces or items in the home
9. Washing all blankets and duvet covers in addition to sheets between each stay on the highest heat setting

This five-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 12 guests. Two bedrooms offer King beds, two offer Queen beds, and one offers bunk beds (single + double beds). Additionally, there is a sofa bed available. Our beds are outfitted with Beautyrest pillow-top mattresses for your ultimate comfort. We want you to have fun on your stay, but we also want to offer you amazing rest!

Two sparkling clean bathrooms are available in the home so that even traveling with a crowd, you won’t have to wait in line to use the facilities. Beautifully decorated with stunning tile, both showers offer the benefit of tubs for your convenience, bathing the little ones or winding down with a hot bath at the end of a busy day.

Our beautiful kitchen features exquisite soft-close cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and all the pots, pans, and baking supplies you need. You’ll find a coffee maker, crockpot, and blender. Hang out upstairs in the modern lounge, or head downstairs to find the perfect space for relaxing. The large, 65 inch SmartTV is great for an evening in with a movie or keeping up with your favorite shows while away from home. In the basement you’ll also find a fun game area with many board games and extra seating.
