Please note, this is the UPSTAIRS unit of a duplex. The downstairs unit is also rented as a separate short term rental. You will enter through the front door, and the downstairs unit has a separate entrance.

We are here for any displaced students, traveling medical professionals, or anyone seeking privacy and seclusion during this uncertain time.

This stunning four-bedroom house features a gorgeous renovated kitchen, socially inviting back patio, comfortable King beds and luxurious amenities throughout. Located on a large one acre lot in East Denver, it combines the best of city and country living with convenience and tranquility. Log in to Netflix on the SmartTV and enjoy the fast, free Wifi.

Notes

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a fine.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best thing to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife and much more!

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask us.

We have a noise monitoring system installed inside the home. Please note these devices do not record audio of any kind but do notify us when high noise levels are reached.

Please note that there is a gentlemen that lives off to the side of the property in an RV. He drives a pick up truck and parks it on the back gravel road behind the house. He keeps one pet pig in a pen near his RV. He will not bother you at all during your stay. There are also some garages behind the house that hold industrial equipment.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

We will be available and at your service from inquiry to check-in to check-out. You can contact us 24/7 to help with any issue you may experience.

While staying in East Denver, you will have access to all the wonderful amenities of the area. There is a myriad of shopping and restaurants within minutes from the home.

Cherry Creek State Park is just south of the home. Here you can hike, swim, bike and enjoy the magnificent lake!

You’ll have access to the entire upstairs unit of the home; please note that the downstairs unit is rented separately. Please make yourself at home! There are a few outbuildings on the property that you will not have access to.

Our updated Sanitation cleaning procedures include:

1. Washing hands and wearing disposable sanitary gloves or rubber cleaning gloves
2. Cleaning only with disposable wipes. Using cotton or microfiber otherwise.
3. Using a color safe sanitizing spray to sanitize soft surfaces such as furniture, edges or curtains and decorative pillows.
4. Disinfecting all light switches, windows.
5. Disinfecting thermostat, railings, garbages, and all surfaces
6. Washing all dishes/utensils.
7. Disinfecting all appliances
8. Disinfecting remotes, blow dryers, cords, and any other surfaces or items in the home
9. Washing all blankets and duvet covers in addition to sheets between each stay on the highest heat setting

This gorgeous East Denver home has four elegant bedrooms that provide ultimate relaxation. All four bedrooms offer luxurious King size beds, black-out curtains, storage options, lamps, and nightstands.

The Master bedroom has a private attached bathroom and a door that leads to the back patio.

In a house that sleeps 10, it’s important to have enough space for everyone to get ready and take care of business. Two updated bathrooms make this easy.

The first bathroom has a gorgeous walk-in shower with great tile work, a large mirror, and a nice vanity area. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Enjoy cooking and spending time with your friends and family in the upgraded and fully stocked modern kitchen. Complete with flat top stove, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinets, you’ll find all of the utensils and bakeware you need to cook meals at home. You’ll also find a stackable washer and dryer in the kitchen area.

The kitchen transitions nicely into the living area, a bright and welcoming common space where everyone can find a favorite spot. Highlights of the spacious lounge include a 65″ Smart TV, comfortable furniture, hardwood floors, and decorative lighting. When you first enter the home, you walk through a lovely sun room with extra seating.

The living room is set right next to the dining area, complete with a gorgeous table for your group to sit around and enjoy a meal and hang out.

The home is located on a large, private lot in the city. There is a huge circular driveway and plenty of space to park. Enjoy the many plants and trees on site – you may even see some little animals! You’ll have access to a private back deck that connects to the Master Bedroom. There is patio furniture and a grill.
