This stunning eight bedroom house features two gorgeous kitchens, a socially inviting back patio, comfortable King beds and luxurious amenities throughout. The large space is wonderful for groups of family and friends. Located on a private one acre lot in East Denver, it combines the best of city and country living with convenience and tranquility.

This is BOTH units of a duplex. You are renting both the upstairs and downstairs unit. Each unit has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a fine.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best thing to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife and much more!

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask us.

We have a noise monitoring system installed inside the home. Please note these devices do not record audio of any kind but do notify us when high noise levels are reached.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Please note that there is a gentlemen that lives off to the side of the property in an RV. He drives a pick up truck and parks it on the back gravel road behind the house. He keeps one pet pig in a pen near his RV. He will not bother you at all during your stay. There are also some garages behind the house that hold industrial equipment.

While staying in East Denver, you will have access to all the wonderful amenities of the area. There is a myriad of shopping and restaurants within minutes from the home.

Cherry Creek State Park is just south of the home. Here you can hike, swim, bike and enjoy the magnificent lake!

You’ll have access to the entire home, including the upstairs and downstairs unit of this duplex. Please make yourself at home! There are a few outbuildings on the property that you will not have access to.

This gorgeous East Denver home has eight elegant bedrooms that provide ultimate relaxation. All bedrooms offer black-out curtains, storage options, lamps, and nightstands.

5 bedrooms offer memory foam King beds, and 3 bedrooms offer luxurious Queen beds.

In a space that sleeps 19, it’s important to have enough space for everyone to get ready in the morning. This house doesn’t disappoint with four stunning and renovated bathrooms. Upstairs, one bathroom has a gorgeous walk-in shower and the other has a shower/tub combo with beautiful tile work. Downstairs, both bathrooms have brand new walk-in showers.

Enjoy cooking and spending time with your friends and family in two upgraded and fully stocked modern kitchens. Complete with flat top stoves, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinets, you’ll find all of the utensils and bakeware you need to cook meals at home. Upstairs, you’ll also find a stackable washer and dryer in the kitchen area.

Both kitchens transition seamlessly into the respective living areas, which are bright and welcoming common spaces where everyone can find a space to spend time and have fun. In the home, you’ll find two 65″ Smart TVs, comfortable furniture, hardwood floors, and decorative lighting. Challenge your friends to one of the board games on the shelf. When you first enter the upstairs unit, you walk through a lovely sun room with extra seating.

The living rooms are set next to the dining areas, complete with gorgeous tables for your group to sit around and enjoy a meal and hang out.

The home is located on a large, private lot in the city. There is a huge circular driveway and plenty of space to park. Enjoy the many plants and trees on site – you may even see some little animals!
