Perfectly suited for business travelers or couples, this lovely studio apartment features a great desk area for any work needs, a cozy Memory Foam Queen bed, and a kitchenette with all the essentials. Located in DTC, it is walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

The unit is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The only way to access the unit is by climbing stairs.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a fine of at least $600.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best thing to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife and much more!
