We are here for any displaced students, traveling medical professionals, or anyone seeking privacy and seclusion during this uncertain time.

With your stay in mind, this beautiful Downtown Colorado Springs home has been freshly renovated for a nice stay. Relax in the spacious lounge and unwind from the day. Enjoy comfortable beds and get a great night’s rest. Cook a meal in the brand new kitchen, log in to Netflix on the SmartTV, and make use of the fast, free Wifi.

You are renting the upstairs unit of a duplex. The downstairs unit is also a short term rental. (We have another listing where you can rent both units together!) The two units share the front door, but each unit has a private entrance. The backyard is also shared.

One important thing to note is that the dining area in this unit is pretty tiny. There is a table in the corner of the room and it can really only comfortably fit about 2 people.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best thing to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife and much more!

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a fine.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask us.

A short drive away, you can explore Garden of the Gods, the Broadmoor, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

Our UPDATED Sanitation cleaning procedures include:

1. Washing hands and wearing disposable sanitary gloves or rubber cleaning gloves
2. Cleaning only with disposable wipes. Using cotton or microfiber otherwise.
3. Using a color safe sanitizing spray to sanitize soft surfaces such as furniture, edges or curtains and decorative pillows.
4. Disinfecting all light switches, windows.
5. Disinfecting thermostat, railings, garbages, and all surfaces
6. Washing all dishes/utensils.
7. Disinfecting all appliances
8. Disinfecting remotes, blow dryers, cords, and any other surfaces or items in the home
9. Washing all blankets and duvet covers in addition to sheets between each stay on the highest heat setting
