This gorgeous Downtown Colorado Springs home offers the comforts of home and the convenience of downtown living. The two story Victorian house boasts a modern kitchen, renovated bathrooms, cozy living areas and a large backyard. You’ll be just down the street from many restaurants, shops, and more.

You are renting BOTH units of a duplex. The downstairs unit has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths with a full kitchen. The upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a small kitchen/kitchenette. Each unit has its own keypad with unique codes.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best thing to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife and much more!

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a fine of $600 or more.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask us.

This four-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 8 guests. All bedrooms offer comfortable Queen beds with high-end linens. Our beds are outfitted with Green Leaf memory foam mattresses for your ultimate comfort. We want you to have fun during your stay, but we also want to offer you amazing rest!

Two and a half sparkling clean bathrooms are available in the home so there is space for everyone. Beautifully updated with bright finishes, both bathrooms offer comfort and amenities from home.

Downstairs, our beautiful brand new kitchen features splendid cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and tons of natural light. It is completely outfitted with everything you need to create your family’s favorite meals. You’ll love the home’s farmhouse feel. The large, 55 inch SmartTV is great when you want to catch up on your favorite show or watch a movie on a night in.
