This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best thing to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife and much more!

Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

I am here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. I’m happy to be contacted via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Wheat Ridge is perfectly situated near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, convenient to Downtown Denver, and near several highways. There are many parks, golf courses, trails, shopping centers, breweries, and restaurants to explore nearby. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the house.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

This home has six private bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably. There are a total of 3 King beds, 3 Queen beds, 2 Full beds, and one Full pull-out sofa bed.

Bedroom 1 – The stylish master bedroom with a comfortable King size bed, ample closet space, and attached bathroom is located upstairs.
Bedroom 2 – This upstairs bedroom offers a Queen size bed and stylish decor.
Bedroom 3 – This elegant upstairs bedroom offers a full size bed.
Bedroom 4 – This bright and cozy downstairs bedroom has a King bed and Full bed.
Bedroom 5 – This basement bedroom offers a King bed.
Bedroom 6 – This downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed.

You’ll find three clean and fully stocked bathrooms in this home. You’ll find a mixture of walk-in showers and shower/tub combos in the home. With bright lighting, large mirrors, hotel grade towels, you’ll find that the bathrooms have all the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash your group needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker. There are two stools at the counter for extra seating. The open plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both dining areas.

There are two dining areas that are perfect for enjoying a meal. The larger table can accommodate 10 people. The smaller dining table can accommodate 5 people. The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, which is complete with an L-shaped sectional, classic coffee table, and a big window letting in a lot of light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need. You’ll find another recreation room downstairs with a foosball table, more seating, and board games.
